Dropped my mum's car in for a service.
1. When i called back to confirm booking time for next day, had lost my booking and had to push it back.
2. Didn't advise of error code in car computer, just cleared it and said nothing. This caused nore issues later.
3. When mum went to get her car later he charged her more than quoted. When i asked why he said, "Because I couldn't tell him what type of oil filter it used". This confused me because i gave all car details when requesting the quote and i pay a mechanic to know what oil filter i use. Happy to pay more when needed, don't like you trying to take advantage of my mum.

Just a lack of trust and organisation means I can't give a better rating and will never be back. Little issue he ignored is going to end up being rather large.
